I found my passion for training very young age by utilizing the gym as my therapy, through working out I have been able to overcome anxiety and depression. I believe fitness is essential for mental and physical health.

I have been a certified spin instructor for over 5 years in addition to being a real estate lawyer, mom, and wife.
What initially started as a way to relieve stress during law school turned into one of my biggest passions in life. I love to incorporate all types of music in my playlists and create different types of choreography and movements to work your body and also transform your workout into a class that people look forward to showing up to.
Spin class has totally transformed not only my life but also my mindset about exercise and I hope to inspire others and show them that fitness doesn’t have to be boring. It can also be fun while it transforms your mind, body, and soul.

My day job is as a Surgical Coordinator. I’m married with 2 boys who keep me busy with being a soccer mom! In my spare time, I love to read and surround myself with my friends and family.

I have been a certified spin instructor for over 5 years and have worked at SoCo Cycle since day one! In addition to spin, I work full-time as a behavior analyst for a local school district.
My love for cycling began after taking my first spin class over 8 years ago, I became instantly hooked. It has become such an integral part of my life, not just as a workout, but as a stress reliever and something that I look forward to every week.
If you have ever taken a class with me, you know I love a good “angry climb” to “let it all go”. Any stress or anxiety, past or present, all melt away for those 45 minutes.
One thing to know about me is that I will always be honest and vulnerable with you while I’m up on the podium (unless I’m counting down how many seconds you have left). If I’ve had a tough week. I’ll let you know that my playlist is most likely going to have some agreed climbs in there.
If a client has reached a milestone ride, I will always give a shout-out and celebrate their accomplishments.
I can confidently say that although I may not have always wanted to show up, I have never regretted a spin workout. My favorite things about teaching spin are riding to the beat, running out of the saddle, and incorporating fun choreography in my classes.
I love finding a new favorite song and sharing it with my riders. Building relationships with my riders has been such a pleasure. I truly enjoy seeing their transformations not only in their bodies but with their confidence in and out of the saddle. Spin has truly been such an important part of my life.
My hope is to continue teaching spin classes and crushing fitness goals right alongside you!
